Dear Kevin, We have been enjoying the Canon NP6230 that you rebuilt and delivered to us about a month ago. It works so smoothly and I have particularly liked the collating feature and the two-sided to two-sided copying that this machine just takes in stride. Even when the very rare paper jam has occurred, getting the faulty sheet out of the paper path has been a snap. It has been so nice not to have to jam my hands into little hot corners in this machine to retrieve a crumpled sheet of paper. And I love the capacity of the bottom drawer which can hold 3 reams of paper! Plus the rebuilt machine is just a fraction of the cost of a new one. And one other thing. As the main steward of our office machines, I have also appreciated the good service we have received over the year that I have been here. When servicing our old Sharp 2022 in the past, the technicians have been helpful in explaining the service they were doing and giving me tips on how to best take care of the machine myself. Considering how most of our calls over time have been because of problems with our former machine, I thought ot only fair to tell you how well this rebuilt machine performs now.
