THE REMANUFACTURING PROCESS
We are very selective in purchasing machines for remanufacturing.
Only popular models with a low copy count and proven reliability in the field, are purchased.
The equipment is completely disassembled and cleaned with compressed air. All moving parts are inspected for wear and replaced as needed.
All machines are fitted with new drums, rubber belts, pick up rollers, clutches, fuser rollers, bushings and many other parts. We have a list of mandatory replacement parts for every model to ensure that remanufacturing is done to OEM specifications.
Before the copier is delivered, it undergoes a series of rigorous tests to ensure the highest quality.
When the remanufacturing process is complete, the equipment looks like new, performs like new, comes with a New Copier Warranty and best of all You save up to 75% of the new copier price.
After the warranty period expires you are presented with the option to undertake a service contract with us or to call us as required.
In both cases we guarantee that we will service your remanufactured copier for the period of at least 5 years and we offer same day service by fully qualified service technicians.
All remanufactured copiers are sold with our "Total Satisfaction Guarantee". If you are ever dissatisfied with the performance of your remanufactured copier during the warranty period, we will replace it with a machine of equal or greater value. With us you can buy remanufactured copiers with peace of mind.
Don't be fooled! Be aware of "second hand", "used" or "refurbished" copiers.
The definition of ?remanufactured? can vary from company to company. Some machines may look good and cost less, but if important parts have not been replaced, you will spend a fortune in maintenance and repairs.
